There is no wastage in God’s creation, why should we have then?
So, really am looking at fabric waste as a design rather than a manufacturing/ production problem and from an environmental rather than an economic perspective.
These last don’t minimise fabric usage but they do minimise wastage of fabric, I would say what would have been wasted by cutting into an attractive feature.
Oh and in the context of my project, patternmaking is an integral part.
B.Des in Fashion Design – M S Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences is a 4-year undergraduate programme designed for students who aspire to build careers in the fashion and apparel industry.
