Remote Access, Peru: Field visits & workshops with the community-based environmental monitors of FEDIQUEP.
This is a picture I found in Uckers' All About Coffee. These are old Monitor roasters in the Reid, Murdoch & Company building in Chicago. Looks like 10-12 of them. My current quest is to find out what happen to these machines and if by some insane chance any of them are still in Chicago.
My brother still uses a monitor the size of a dinner plate. Outside of the tech bubble, not everyone is on the cutting edge.
I set up this monitor with a remote camera to find out which dog is using the paper
rather than going outside. There is quite a bit of interference but it still does the job.
It's an SVAT brand.
We found the Panasonic cordless phone caused interference and the Linksys wireless router was effected by the camera and effected the camera but if you can get away from all the electronics
the signal is fine.
