Actually, this is where the costal trail continues. No longer paved but more likely you wont get hit by a golf ball! It gives you a chance to see the more wild terrain and if you go far enough access a 2nd beach.

This painting was done on an old canvas covered with waercolor paper. I like her face, but it was hard to get good coloring on the watercolor paper. She looks a lot better in person, her skin doen't look quite as blotchy.

I've driven by this area hundreds of times not knowing that there was this historic graveyard within my own backyard basically. This graveyard was the burial ground of the early Camp Hill settlers. A few Revolutionary War veterans are buried here. This was the first of 7 cemeteries of the day!

From the posted plaque: Burial place established by early settlers of the is area. Named for a log church built by Germans of the Lutheran faith. The church once stood in a nearby Poplar grove. This cemetery is no longer used for burials.
