El Valle del Colca es uno de los destinos más visitados del Perú. Está situado al ubicado noreste de Arequipa.
Colca proviene de las palabras Collaguas y Cabanas, dos etnias que habitaban a lo largo del Río Colca. Este cañón tiene una profundidad de 4160 metros.
Los circuitos turísticos tradicionales comienzan en el Valle cerca del pueblo de Chivay, al pie del Nevado Mismi, el origen más lejano del río Amazonas. El paisaje está dominado por terrazas de cultivo que se extienden caprichosamente a lo largo del río.

🎄New Year's holidays are approaching now and many people are conducting their "rituals" in preparation for the new year.
For example, on December 31, according to tradition, every year I go not to the bathhouse, but to the car wash. Then I go to the flower shop and choose bouquets of flowers for my wife, mother and mother-in-law. And also, usually the father-in-law prepares meat for the festive table, and I like to find a new dessert recipe and cook it.😋
