Coming in at roughly 3 pounds, the brain is truly an incredible organ. It handles your senses, intelligence, movement, and behavior. There is a lot happening there and sometimes it can be overwhelming.

Sometimes the inputs can be too much to handle, be it pain, emotional distress, or health issues (just to name a few). And just like the device you are reading this on, if one application is demanding too much of the CPU, other applications will not perform optimally or possibly nothing will be handled and the system crashes.

Try and pay attention to yourself, you know yourself better than anyone and if you see this occurring within yourself, take action. And if you have a friend who appears off, be there for them. You cannot cure them but, knowing someone cares can be their trigger to take action..

When you need to fix something in your house, you will go out and get the tools necessary for the job. Do the same for yourself. There are a ton of resources available to help. You will seek information online to correct household issues, do it for yourself as well. You are not alone nor the only one to ever experience this state of mind. There is no one right way to deal with what you are experiencing but enlighten yourself and find your way back to do a little of what it is we are here to do.....living our lives.

En ocasiones tenemos una idea preconcebida de una imagen, cierta composición que nos atrae, y esperamos que se produzca algo especial, pasan los días pero no obtenemos los resultados que esperábamos, derrepente un día ocurre eso que estábamos esperando y se produce tan rápidamente que o estamos preparados con todo dispuesto o se nos escapa, este es uno de esos procesos la luz comenzó a envolver los árboles de la zona izquierda de la composición otorgándoles un colorido para mi muy especial, pero el sol sólo permitió hacer apenas unas cuantas fotos en menos de 5 minutos este efecto ya se había evaporado y por suerte conseguí plasmarlo con bastante acierto en esta fotografia, espero les guste.

Thank you so much Bo and Una for another amazing creation from you both, thank you for sharing it with all of us, and for putting global climate on the spotlight, both nature and politically. I was very moved by your creation and I have done many pictures from it, I just have not posted any pictures before now. I am grateful for your creation, and I want to thank you both for spreading awareness about the climate issue, which affects us all and which we should all think about, the realistic Urban "what-if" scenario is and could become a reality.

I want to wish you Una and Bo a lovely Summertime in RL. Enjoy it to the fullest. I called this picture Farewell for now, until next time. Sending you both a huge hug and best wishes always.
