Just some of the works by Antonio Forlin workshop, Ceramiche Don Corleone, that are on display along the Salita Franceso de Luna. The company's pieces are almost ubiquitous in Taormina and beyond. Our hotel was filled with examples of his work.
This little "salita" (steep climb) off of Corso Umberto in Taormina is charming enough but it is also the home of Ceramiche Don Corleone. This is the workshop of ceramicist Antonio Forlin whose works (such as the jar in the foreground) put bright, contemporary spins on the traditional Sicilian pottery.
