So.. Abe chose "gas face" for FGR today, and well.. sorry abe, just not feeling it! Will you settle for leaf face!? :)

Over the last two weeks i have watched every single last leaf fall from my parents little japanese maple as autumn took hold of the garden. The leaves are so beautiful and rich deep reds, they really make me catch my breath when i see them every morning..

i knew if i didn't snap them soon they'd decompose and be lost to me forever, so what better way to immortalise them than to stick them to my face (with marmite as glue by the way) and capture them for my 365.

can't wait to see all your gas faces :)

8/23/08 - I'm ready to just fall and wait for someone to help me up. Ever have that falling dream, that's not exactly a dream? You lie in bed with closed eyes and suddenly feel as if you're about to hit the ground and jump. I've never actually seen a visual while having that dream, but it feels just as real. I've been having them a lot lately and each time my skin crawls just a little more. I'm ready to wake up in fragile arms.

I don't have much free time today and so this poor excuse of a photo will have to do. :/ I wanted to look like I was falling without actually having to fall for the picture. I did trip, though!

That acorn reminded me of Burberry - so I drew som extra lines with a marker and colored it in classic Burberry plaid.

So this is my first from 52 weeks. Sweet. Took almost 12 hours to make this one, many obstacles and stuff, but here it finally is.

While taking the outtakes, I was trying not to wake up a nearby sleeping hobo guy in a blue sleeping bag and after all this my bottom and knees were quite bruised. And my pants were full of grass. Still: worth it! Found a superb location spot in my city, just a month before leaving. That is so me!

And, yes, this is a very personal message to someone special. ♥

I'm not exactly a huge 1975 fan, but I have to admit, they've got a couple pretty lovely songs.

I wish this photo would've turned out better, seeing as it'll most likely be my last of the summer. (Although I do think the weird colouring is kinda interesting. Especially since it brings out how blue Acadia's wig really is.) I'll be spending my last day of freedom with a couple friends tomorrow, and then tuesday I'll "officially" be a senior. Bleh.

Chasing Pavements

Yep, another Adele song today :) Today is my Friday!!! YAY! 2 days off to just lounge and relax. My sister said something about the festival of colors this Saturday, so we may go to that. I've been wanting to go for a few years. It always looks like so much fun!! But we will see. I'm hoping for something fun to do! lol We've just been being lazy lately. I do need to clean my house tonight after work.

I'm hoping for a good night at work. I need some money, I spent too much on Leilani's birthday lol. It was the first year that I've actually been able to spoil her so I did haha. :D She's worth it though. Anywho, I hope you all have a great day and junk!
