Black and white re-edit of an old shot from August 2015. Enjoy!
Hydrangea ‘Pink Doodles’. Unlike the name, this season’s flowers are not only in pink but also in blue.
Pour le plaisir.... on peut toujours analyser le gribouillage. Ou allons-nous? Le gribouillage est maintenant reconnu dans le monde de l'art. Bon dimanche a vous tous. Merci pour vos commetaires.
Doodling for FUN. A doodle is a drawing made while a person's attention is otherwise occupied. Doodles are simple drawings that can have concrete representational meaning or may just be composed of random and abstract ... Happy Sunday to all.
Our bears had a friend stop over for a few days! They called her Doodle Bear, and after a while, I could see why! She had a patch on her hip pocket that said so! She is a VERY big bear, which amazed all our little guys, but she was sweet as a kitten, so everyone enjoyed her!
Safe journeys, Doodle Bear!
Happy Teddy Bear Tuesday!
I took the girls to the beach yesterday, it was lovely! tide was out, so plenty of sand to play on and tide pools to explore (Olive fell in two, being distracted as usual lol).
I took many photos but wanted a one of them all together, many takes later (including these) I succeeded. Here is my take on the proceedings, got to love Olive lol.

Doodle Hare by Natasha Hillary Art
From the website:
Over the last year Natasha’s style has developed and changed, during this time one particular project she enjoyed was a personal one, creating a mandala design In posca pens on her childrens craft table and sealing it with resin. The piece resonated with her for three reasons: 1: Her love for henna art and its cultural background (a passion found during the pandemic). 2: Her style as a professional doodle artist 3: Her passion for mindful art and its benefits for the mind and body.
There is a new art trail in Southampton and Winchester this summer. For ten weeks Hares of Hampshire will bring thirty-two large hares and forty-two leverets to the streets, parks, galleries and shops of the two cities.
All money raised by donations and by the auction of the hares at the end of the summer will go to the Murray Parish Trust.
Lately I am enjoying taking images where I seem to do nothing more than set a theme and then lie back and let nature perform her magic. Photographic jazz anyone?
Purple Foxglove. The inside of these flowers, each unique, looks like someone used colored markers to create some tiny imaginative doodles. Give Mother Nature a new crayon set and she goes nuts.
Evie enjoying some early morning sunshine, its been too hot later on but the sunny warm weather is very welcome :)
I had the pleasure of seeing The Doodle Man commence this work earlier this week and come back today to photograph it.
I love it when the Starlings turn and fly either towards me or away from me because they suddenly look like pen and ink doodles. A fraction of a second later they'll be a completely different shape as they turn again.
