I got sick of trying to diagnose my program's problems with the crappy compiler, so I decided to map out the IF statements and Loops. I ended up finding two immediate possibilities and went back to work them out. Didn't help much. After that, I found out a different way to do it and implemented it and it worked.

Zena Banker, an engineering student at The University of Alabama at Birmingham, hosts Girls Code 205 at the Central Library.
Girls Code 205 is a partnership between the Birmingham Public Library and National Center for Women & IT that won a $15,000 grant from the CSforALL (Computer Science for ALL). The grant will support efforts to expand computer science opportunities for girls and teens in metro Birmingham.
This sums up what we do as parents. All of the education, training, discipline, scolding, family times, vacations etc are all aimed at ensuring we raise our kids to become successful adults.
Giving them skills is a huge part of this process. In the olden days, children would learn life and vocational skills by apprenticing with a master.
These days we just send them to school to learn theories with little practice.
