This was incredibly fun - fun company, and fun to make. I've never photographed a furry or a furry-adjacent avatar, so this was new. And it was equally fun to make the acquaintance of someone who was largely a mystery to me until then, only to realize it was simply easy. As easy as this came together.
Autumn, I owe you a debt of gratitude for the authenticity to come just as you are, as you feel, and as the creature you relate to most. I am genuinely glad you felt comfortable to come and bring your own flavor and a bit of a challenge. You bring so much into the world around you, and you brought so much into my world by entering it as well. So thank you always for your support, for the challenge, for your time, and for your patience as well.

I use fine art photographic print, the sum of photography and art. Fine art use special paper and pigments that last over 100 years, without a change. Each photo is placed between a thick cardboard museum and a quality passapartout, all materials free of acids for a museum standards' archivial, to guarantee quality unchanged over time. A special protective spray is applyed on the surface, to avoid dust and moisture. A dedicated certificate of authenticity with an hologram, pairs with an other one on the back of the print, where you will find the print run and my signature, to complete the set.

Artist Biography
Born in Seattle, Washington, to a photojournalist father and a music teacher mother, Cate Infinity was immersed in the arts from an early age. At sixteen, she was discovered at Pike Place Market and began a modeling career that took her from the fashion capitals of Milan and Tokyo to the creative heart of New York City, where she ultimately laid down roots.
Cate’s early fascination with the camera - shaped by memories of watching her father work - eventually drew her behind the lens. She earned a degree in filmmaking from NYU, and while commercial projects initially shaped her direction, she gravitated toward still photography. This shift allowed her to explore composition and emotion through a more intimate and enduring frame.
Cate’s signature style is marked by spontaneity and authenticity. Rather than relying on heavy post-processing, she embraces strategic lighting, rich textures, and unconventional subjects to tell visual stories. This intuitive approach extends into her work both in the physical world and in Second Life, where the boundaries of photography and digital art blur.
In the whimsical realm of Cate Infinity's Second Life photography, the virtual becomes a canvas for dreamlike transformation. Her eye for the surreal turns avatars into expressive figures, their gestures and forms animated by narrative and nuance. Through her lens, gravity yields, color bursts into harmony, and time unfolds like breath. Reality and imagination merge fluidly - each image a window into the extraordinary.
Aside from photography, Cate is also passionate about experimenting with a wide range of visual techniques - from abstract and conceptual photography to painterly explorations that push the boundaries between mediums. This creative restlessness feeds her evolving aesthetic and deepens the emotional and visual resonance of her work.
Outside of her visual art practice, Cate is the founder and producer of The Refuge Productions, a creative engine behind some of the grid’s most imaginative and immersive experiences. With acclaimed projects such as LynchLand, Drone Haven, and countless other eccentric events, she has built a reputation for pushing artistic boundaries and curating spaces where innovation and community collide.
Whether grounded in the tactile world or the ethereal dimensions of the virtual, Cate Infinity’s work celebrates the strange, the spontaneous, and the sublime. Her collaborations with other artists continue to enrich her practice, weaving a vibrant, ever-evolving tapestry of connection and creation.

Golden light spills across the Aveiro lagoon as the sun sinks low over the Atlantic. The calm waters reflect hues of pink and amber, while herons, flamingos, and egrets drift gracefully across the shallows. Evening sea walks here are a quiet ritual — the air salty, the light soft, and the rhythm of nature unhurried. A peaceful moment where land, sea, and sky seem to breathe together.
The day fades into stillness as waves whisper against the shore. The horizon glows in soft gold and violet — a quiet space for reflection and calm. Captured during golden hour, this seascape reminds us that every ending can feel like a beginning.

This shot of Mt Umunhum presents an epic sunset viewable in the entire San Jose and the Si valley. The box-shape structure atop Mt Umunhum is a 5-story tall building and is about to be engulfed by rolling waves of "flames" and "smokes". The "flames" is from cloud lit up by diffused light from setting Sun, and the "smokes" is from cloud moisture. I can imagine how dramatic can it be for an identical scenery with flames in the sky and smokes spreading below. With that said, this scenery can be interpreted as two opposite stories, thus, with totally opposite consequences. As dramatic as it is, minor editing was made here to preserve authenticity of the epic scenery.
