this is another shot that i took of my old drummer ray. by now you've probably noticed that a few of these are from the same day cause he's wearing the same clothes as other photos of him i've posted. this is probably one of my favorite photos from my ae-1, and about as raw as my photography gets. i really like how different the lightleak is from any i've ever seen and how simple and symbolic this shot seems.

Nestled in the heart of British Columbia’s sun-drenched Okanagan Valley, the city of Kelowna is favorite spot visiting year-round. Driving from Kelowna to Burton, Nakusp, Shelter Bay, Revelstoke and back to Kelowna… Enjoy BC countryside scenery along the mountains and rivers, at most time, in the forest, no cell signals, took couple ferries with the car, lovely scenery on the ferries… The photo was taken on one of the stops at Arrow Lake (Shelter Bay) Provincial park, no other people around, very quiet bay with leading lines on the lake…

The arrow-marked babbler (turdoides jardineii) is a species of bird in the family Leiothrichidae. It is native to woodlands in the southern Afrotropics.The arrow-marked babbler lives in social groups of between 3 and 15 birds (six being the average) that defend large territories, with the size of the territory being dependent upon the number of individuals in the group. They feed on insects, spiders and sometimes snails and lizards, as well as fruits. Foraging occurs near the ground, sometimes in association with other babblers or bulbuls.

Kruger National Park is a South African National Park and one of the largest game reserves in Africa. It covers an area of 19,623 km2 in the provinces of Limpopo and Mpumalanga in northeastern South Africa, and extends 360 km from north to south and 65 km from east to west.

This is another one of those shots where I do not remember where it was taken. But that is the fun in it sometimes. I believe the sign is beside another on a pole, it just looks odd because of the position.
