My little Suji got a new face up today and I think she deserves a name as well. She is such a sweetie and I am sure that she is staying. But what to call her?
I am sure something will pop up eventually, it always does!

Shinsaibashi (心斎橋) is a district in the Chūō-ku ward of Osaka, Japan and the city's main shopping area. The timber has been treated using the Japanese, Shou Suji Ban method of flame-charring timber then wire brushing the * out of it... The sample has then been hot waxed.
It's not usual to treat a laminated composite block of end-grain this way.

Suji Kakara Pitha is a traditional sweet, deep-fried semolina (suji) dumpling from the state of Odisha, India. It is often prepared during festivals and special occasions and offered as prasad (an offering) to the deities at the Jagannath Temple in Puri.
