When the mathematician would solve a difficult problem, he first frees the equation of all incumbrances, and reduces it to its simplest terms. So simplify the problem of life, distinguish the necessary and the real. Probe the earth to see where your main roots run.

In the 1940s Miró consolidated his own pictorial language, which presents a world inspired by the night and inhabited by the woman, the bird, male and female sexual organs, celestial bodies and constellations. This piece shows how his works evolve towards an increasingly simplified composition where the signs are synthesised and expanded. Here Miró experiments on an unusual cardboard surface with some glossy areas that stand out from the background, but without abandoning his characteristic language. He uses charcoal to outline the female figure, represented by a large vagina drawn in pencil. Ultimately, he plays with a different technique for each element in the composition, always revealing his urge to experiment.
...imi place cand iti intorci privirea catre mine

This is a photoshoot I did with a couple of friends. It was 12 degrees out so we wrapped it up as soon as possible!
