Working to make the yard pretty again . . . .

... In my window. I don't normally cut flowers from my garden, but this branch had been blown down. There are at least one dozen blooms on it.

I added a slight texture in PSE12.

Macro Mondays theme Smell

I bought these tiny rose buds from a Turkish Deli for cullinary purposes and they smell divine.

As usual I've spent all morning deliberating over which photo to post.

The image fits within the rquired measurements - the full nose height measures just under 3 inches and part of it is cropped out anyway.

This rose will grow up to be creamy white! Sometimes there are both colours at the end of one stem - then it is really beautiful! Sadly the paler ones were spoilt by the rain -I must wait for this one to grow up!

Though of the day:- What a good thing that I didn't take this attitude to my children...
