I went to the Jumma Masjid at Srirangapatna near Mysore and prayers were going on, so I went down and asked whether there is any room for women to pray. I was directed towards the Madrasa, which is downstairs.
So I prayed there, and was sitting there after my prayer when the madrasa boys came back from their Namaz.I then felt like I was'nt in the right place, I wanted to pray in the main hall, upstairs.
And so I went back up,to the main mosque and found that the door was locked.I tried pushing, but thought it unwise.
I lay a cloth in front of the door and did my prayer in front of the locked door.
The men in the picture came there while I was praying.They waited for me to finish, and the door was opened for them to pray by a boy from around the mosque.
