A view of the concrete pad on which the house will sit at the northeast corner of the Karma site.

Only several more meters to go before the house is in its final position next to St Luke Lane.

McCulloch Moving has begun to move the house to the east side of the Karma property.

A closer view of the site plan illustration on the development proposal sign. The original condo plan called for the John Irwin House to stay where it was, with the new tower being built to its right and to its rear. The plan was subsequently changed and the house is being relocated to the northeast corner of the site, at the corner of Grenville & St Luke Lane

An existing cottage was relocated from this property to make way for two new green rated homes, fully designed and built by CG&S. Great care was taken to fit these homes into the existing fabric of the neighborhood.
