I got dressed to go to the Gym first thing this morning and took this pic. I waited to upload it until after I returned, as there was a very good chance I would come up with an excuse to not actually go.

I'm proud to say - I made it. I can't believe I actually worked up a sweat in a Yoga class...I don't remember that happening before...and boy, have I lost a lot of my flexibility. Guess it's a good reason I went. It will improve.

Happy Tuesday everyone ♥

Started my day at the gym, it has been hard to stay on top of it with all the projects I have going on but I know it also helps my mental. It helps to set the tone of my day and on top of it all, my body loves it. I then close my morning with meditation and listen to a podcast.

Listening to Jay Shetty, there was a message of "The challenge of today is I am not what I think I am, I am not what you think I am, I am what I think you think I think I am" We live in this perception of a perception of ourselves. So we don't even know who we are. We are what other people think we are and we tend to have a outdated perception of ourselves. How I interpreted this was to use this life in self discovery, learning about yourself and growing. Be true to yourself regardless how others perceive you. People are so thickle, they will love you today and hate you tomorrow and then love you again and majority of the time, they don't even know who they are themselves.
