A long standing record was broken at McLamore Family Field on November 2, 2018, when the Boys' Varsity Soccer Team recorded a 3 - 0 win over a spirited Cushing team. The win earned coach Charlie Malcolm his 146th win as head coach; in so doing he surpassed the 145 victories recorded by retired iconic coach Dick Peller. The win was also notable for current co-head coach Jim Burstein who has the highest winning percentage of an NMH varsity soccer coach. The occasion was marked by Athletic Director Greg Leeds who presented game balls to Malcolm and Burstein, and read a congratulatory message from Peller. Photography by Glenn Minshall.
