Four arm ceiling lights in black/white.

This old pub was completely reconstructed over the last 15 years. Today the former pub Papiermühle is a hotel with a private brewery, a pub, a beergarden. Very good dishes and kind waiters and waitresses let everybody like this hotel!

The linden tree is approximately 500 years old!

Photographed from below directly up to the ceiling of the room. I liked the shadows cast. Photographed without daylight and without flash, but with 16,000 ISO.

Once inside Casa Batlló, one is never tired of discovering the many innovative and charming pieces of artwork. This is a ceiling lamp in one of the rooms, which looks more like a spaceship or UFO in outer space to me:-)

Casa Batlló is a renowned building located in the center of Barcelona and is one of Antoni Gaudí’s masterpieces. A remodel of a previously built house, it was redesigned in 1904 by Gaudí and has been refurbished several times after that. The original walls here date from 1744 and the great bulky structure is Grade I listed.

It occurred to me that the place would make a fantastic event venue, out of normal summer season visiting hours; an additional source of income, perhaps, for English Heritage / Landguard Fort Trust.
