I remember this farm with a couple horses from a drive a few years ago so we took a drive by hoping they would be out of the barn and in the great light we were having on this beautiful winter morning. Luckily this gorgeous girl was out in the field and came right over when we got out of the car. She was very friendly and loved to pose. The sun was still nice and low and in perfect position to light up her face and even get a catch light in her eye. I have a couple more shots where she's not so close that I may post later but I just loved the detail in her eye and hair in this shot.

It was a great day :-)
