Frustrated with the plans for the blog, I just literally shut down and haven't responded to an email in like two days. Two blissful days. I had a long talk with my besty right before her wedding anniversary trip to Nawlins with her hubby, and she gave me some really sage advise about taking care of myself first, and then focusing on everything and everyone else. Every time I talk to this girl, she is my Yoda, but with much better syntax.
On this take care of me kick, we discussed plans for my birthday. Two years ago, she truly made my birthday special. I'm very much an introvert and early on in my life, I tried doing the big birthday thing, but it was always so stressful planning and attending it, and people being jerks or just not actually coming to celebrate, but rain on my parade, so probably like 7 years back, I said, to hell with big parties...didn't like them anyway...my birthdays will either be solo or just with an extremely small group of friends. The besty couldn't understand that as she is a queen of the spotlight and likes ragers for her birthday, but this was the year I explained it all to her that here I am telling you exactly what I want to do, and instead of ignoring that, let's do what I want to do because it will make me happy. She fought me, but after both her husband and her brother, all of us in club introvert told her basically the same things when she tried to Shangai their parties...actually she did for her brother...gave him this huge surprise party and he flipped out, and not in a good way, because he was specific that he only wanted like his four friends, and he shows up and there were like 30 people there...so after that, and her husband and I not enjoying those things, she now understands that we all like quiet birthdays, but for her, we will suffer through and go all out.
Anyway, going back to Austin, hopefully, this time, only a day trip. I'm sooo not hard to please. I just want sushi, good music, to see the giant Christmas tree on the capitol, and to have a bunch of pastries for dessert. That's it. Literally. Don't want anything else. And as far as presents, last year, I told her I literally want a pan for cooking, and she was like, no I'll get you this that the other...and I'm like, just the pan, that is all. I've used that thing so much over the course of this year. I don't ever want anything anymore that isnt' practical. Concert tickets, those are nice, but you go one time, and that's it, but something I can use everyday, is more my style.
Okay. Totally rambling now. Halloween is tomorrow. I am excited!

朝は雨が降っていなかったのですが、
急激に雨雲が発達し（雨雲のところまで走ってしまったのかも）、
パラパラと振り出しました。
ただでさえ強風で寒いのに、
雨まで降ったら最悪です。
とは言え、この雨雲ソーンを抜ければ
たぶん雨は止んでいるでしょう。

Jeg har fått en Raspberry Pi 3, boks, kjøleribber og håndkontrollere i posten. Så har jeg installert RetroPie 4.2 og kopiert inn noen arcade, Amiga og Amstrad CPC spill, og til slutt koblet den opp mot TV i stua.

やっと風にめぐり合いました。しかしこのめぐり合いは短く切ないようです。
今日一杯でおわり、明日から試練の東風との戦いです。当初の予報より15から20ノットとすこし
落ちましたので、がんばって走ろうと思います。
昨日はピカッカ！と、来ましたが、逃げる必要もありませんでした。
とにかくエオラスは10ノットから15ノットの風が一番機嫌よく走ります。
今西南西の風が13ノット！5.9ノットで走ってます！最高！

Este miércoles 15 de julio he visitado la playa, sí. Pero lo hecho con un ojo puesto en el reloj, bueno mejor dicho en los relojes de la playa de la concha. Mucho trabajo que no ha impedido que me escape un ratito a la playa y me dé un bañito. Aquí sí que se estaba a gusto hoy.
