Brahms Kontor heißt seit 2005 ein Kontorhaus am Johannes-Brahms-Platz in der Hamburger Neustadt, das von 1903 bis 1931 in mehreren Bauabschnitten vom Deutschnationalen Handlungsgehilfen-Verband errichtet worden war. Das Hochhaus mit seinen 15 Geschossen war seinerzeit der höchste Profanbau Hamburgs. Von etwa 1965 bis 2005 hieß es DAG-Haus. Seit 2003 steht der Komplex unter Denkmalschutz.
Brahms Kontor has been the name of an office building on Johannes-Brahms-Platz in Hamburg's Neustadt since 2005, which was built in several phases from 1903 to 1931 by the German National Association of Clerks. The skyscraper with its 15 floors was the tallest secular building in Hamburg at the time. From around 1965 to 2005 it was called the DAG house. The complex has been a listed building since 2003.

Factory Butte is a desolate and beautiful area - I was there on Memorial Day Weekend (an American holiday honoring military personnel who died while serving in the US Armed Forces). I saw less than ten other people.
The butte was named by earlier settlers who thought it looked like the Provo Woolen Mill factory building.
My prior post was a close up of this landscape.

I rotated this image in different directions, this being the original. I liked it the best. I did underexpose the image and I dodged the rims of the leaves which were already white but I wanted them to stand out more. Another one dug from my archives. I hope you have a beautiful day!!
