well, the weekend isn't so great.

I didn't end up doing anything last night.

I was really sad..

I'm sooo sick of high school and the stupid girls that

bring on drama. and the stupid boys that don't care

or break girls hearts.

Anyway my brain feels like its shut off and there is nothing going on. im numb. confused.

hopefully tonight will be better.

New to Wallace Arnold as L962NWW in 1994, this Jonckheere Deauville bodied Volvo B10M joined the fleet of Bakers Dolphin in 1999. It was reregistered SIL6715 in 2000 and subsequently reregistered again in 2008 to XLH570.

In 2009 it reverted to L962NWW and joined the fleet of Jones, Bryncethin.

The Usual Suspects:

* Black Tunic, Old Navy, $15

* Yellow Skirt, Alloy, $9.99

* Black Booties, Torrid, $38

The Accomplice:

None, the skirt needed no help standing out LOL

I wore this on our anniversary...My husband needed some time to get used to the combination of the bright yellow skirt with my ultra-reflective white legs, but in the end, he really liked the outfit overall ;)

VoR 2-6-2T No.9 "Prince of Wales", notionally rebuilt at GWR Swindon Works 1923 from a 1902 Davies & Metcalf of Romily loco (No.2 "Prince of Wales", GWR No.1213) but in reality a new engine. The other original loco (No.1 "Edward VII") was scrapped in 1935. The photo shows No.9 in the BR Rail Blue livery with the double arrow symbol - completely incongruous for a narrow gauge steam engine! At Aberystwyth Shed yard, Vale of Rheidol Railway, 06/72. Scanned photograph taken with a Kowa SET.

Hey guys this is my scion tC aka Taeyeon getting some gas before i head all the way to seattle for school. I named my car after a female kpop singer in an all girl group called SNSD who are REALLY cute!! haha, anyways for todays photo i just thought i might show you one of my loves. Ive had my car since about the summer of my sophomore year and didn't get into modding her until the beginning of junior year. During my junior i happen to get into the car scene and after being at my first car meet, i was just inspired to make my car look like those ive seen. In the car scene ive met so many awesome people and made some awesome new friends, entered car shows and just over all had great time.

Thanks to all of those who have helped me with her!

On Wednesday, I visited the 9/11 Memorial. Being there felt so sad, so weird, so unable to be put into words. It's so hard to describe the feeling as you stand in front of the waterfalls in the tower footprints. Standing in front of them for the first time took my breath away and gave me goosebumps.

I watched many of those who lost someone make a rubbing of that person's name on a strip of paper using crayons. I think for many, this is so very important. It's the first *thing* that they've been able to hold and take with them, and sort of connect them to what happened that day. It's an entire lifetime of memories of that person etched in letters. Something that they can keep forever.

Here's a gorgeous canary yellow Fiat X1/9, the mid-engined sports car that inspired the Pontiac Fiero and Toyota MR2 and possibly kept Fiat in business in the United States for as long as it was.

Introduced in 1972 and produced until 1989, the Bertone-styled X1/9 was meant to bring mid-engined sports cars to the masses, much like the Fiero attempted to do over a decade later. Available with either a 1.3-liter or 1.5-liter engine, the X1/9 delivered capable performance and handling but, being a Fiat, was prone to rust. In addition, design flaws allowed the engine to overheat and the transmission to wear out.

This X1/9 was photographed at the same garage I photographed the 500 sedan at. I have another rare Italian car on tap coming soon.

9/100: Ellie. This picture is #9 in my 100 strangers project. Find out more about the project and see pictures taken by other photographers at the 100 Strangers Flickr Group page

Ellie was canvassing for support for the Bee Cause for Friends of the Earth in Gloucester city centre. The bee population has halved in Ellie’s twenty year lifetime and you can find out more and obtain a ‘Bee Saver Kit’ on their website. She lives in Bristol but travels all over the South West of England in her role with Friends of the Earth. Ellie actually volunteered to have her photo taken so I was more than happy to oblige and in exchange give her the opportunity to tell me about the bee decline.

I explained about the 100 Strangers and gave her a card and pointed out how to contact me if she wanted a copy. Ellie is short for Eloise – named after the song by the Damned – her dad was a big fan. She also said her dad was a keen photographer and thought he was on Flickr, so hopefully he may see his daughter’s portrait.

Thank you Ellie for the friendly conversation and for agreeing to be my ninth stranger - it was good meeting you.

20th anniversary celebrations

On November 9, 2009, Berlin will celebrate the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall with a "Festival of Freedom", during which over 1,000 foam domino tiles over 8 feet tall will be stacked along the former route of the wall in the city center and toppled.

In the United States, the German Embassy is coordinating a public diplomacy campaign with the motto "Freedom Without Walls" to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. The campaign is focused on promoting awareness of the fall of the Berlin Wall among current college students, and students at over 20 universities will participate in "Freedom Without Walls" events in late 2009.

LR-8482 - Don't know much about Golf, but heard the phrase nine iron, so it's made of iron and it has a nine on it, reckon that's what it must be.

Stay in a hotel at the weekend, staff excellent and wonderful service, the room well that's was another issue but the grounds were amazing, well kept together, 18 hole golf course and a small putting green, featured here in the early morning light still covered in dew as the sunlight struggle through the trees to clear it,

Frame #9 - "Reflectory" in Leuven

Every day these ladies spend a blinkless eternity staring across the square at Sint-Pieterskerk, seen reflected in the pane of glass that encases them, in the city of Leuven, Belgium. They may get to wear a different fabulous outfit every week, but their view seldom changes.

Not a lot of camera activities this week. First picture in the project that is not self portrait. This is my brother, Aung. Check out the comment for the Original, shot with JPEG. As you can see, SOOC is pretty bad. I worked with it and this is what I got.
