Foodie Crawl is right! This bar crawl, sugar high mash up included a whiskey and beer tasting @ 9 Million in Unmarked Bills, a wine and chocolate pairing at Theo Chocolate, savory and sweet pies @ Pie and swirling flavors @ Bluebird Ice Creamery.
I was on holidays at my breeder's place on the countryside which is why I haven't uploaded any photos lately. Now I'm back at home, though, and my owner has taken me into so many trainings lately. It seems she has been lacking me very badly. I guess the beaver dog Fina couldn't keep her satisfied on an agility court... !!! Sorry, I had to say it! I have already promised to be a little nicer from now on, for example not calling my owner a servant and so on, but I couldn't help sometimes. Anyways, enjoy these beautiful winter days (and the DAMN HUGE SNOW HILLS AND BALLS!) while you still can!

Le battaglie di Giorgio Amendola hanno ancora una loro attualità, a partire dall’intransigenza morale nei confronti della gestione della cosa pubblica. la rivoluzione antifascista come «scelta di vita», lo sviluppo del Mezzogiorno, il Partito unico della sinistra, il futuro dell’Europa, la funzione delle classi dirigenti nel futuro del Paese e dei giovani sono tutti temi su cui la parola e l’esempio di Giorgio Amendola possono insegnarci ancora molto.

O “Street Workout” na tradução literal seria “Treino de Rua” nada mais é que a execução de movimentos utilizando-se do próprio peso corporal para a execução de puxadas na barra fixa, flexão de braços entre outros exercícios explorados nesta modalidade de Treino.
Resistência, Coordenação, Força e Equilíbrio são alguns dos requisitos físicos necessários para a prática do Street Workout. Durante as várias as 5 sessões realizadas fotografei 2 gupos de treino organizados. Os Bar-Project de Vila NovA de Gaia e os Bar Guardians de FAmalicão do qual faz parte Carlos Silva Campeão Nacional de Street Workout.
