É apenas um pedaço de areia, mas quem frequenta o Posto 9 costuma dizer que não troca esse trecho da Praia de Ipanema , perto da Rua Viníius de Moraes, por nada. Território de banhistas de vanguarda, o Nove, como é conhecido na intimidade, ganhou fama nos anos 80, quando, recém-voltado do exílio, Fernando Gabeira desembarcou na areia de tanguinha. Foi lá também que o topless, que nunca pegou de verdade no Rio, teve suas precursoras. Nada mais natural para o trecho da praia que se proclama libertário e de esquerda.
Desafiador e criativo são adjetivos que também contam a história do Nove. Nos anos 1990, banhistas criaram um sistema para avisar quem fumava maconha na areia hábito arraigado entre muitos que frequentam o lugar sobre a chegada da polícia. Com apitos escondidos no biquíni ou na sunga, faziam um grande barulho.
O apitaço afastou a repressão, e hoje é possível ver muitos fumando no local, onde sempre há, ao fim da tarde, aplausos para o pôr do sol.

I feel like my best 9 really represent Frappzilla as a brand.
Fun, Playful, Bright. Little bit different and odd.
But I'm really aware that since 2017 was such a rough patch for me, that I didn't actually achieve that solid branding that I always aspire to have. I'm going to work much harder at it this year but I'm so happy that the most popular photos are the ones that I feel reflect Frappzilla the best.
I know i immediately fell off the 365, the second I got on but I've been so unwell this past week and I got a lot worse before I felt better. Today was a good solid first day back to work and I'm feeling tons better now so I'll get back on that horse tomorrow and keep posting my 365.
I'm in a really good place mentally right now. I'm in a really creative state of mind with a lot of character design and wig ideas on the brain. Although I spent it being really poorly, I feel like the few days I've had off to rest and repair have really helped bring that out of me. I'm feeling really recharged and ready to jump into all of the preorders. I'm determined to make it the best one yet!

I spotted this awesome old Pinto Wagon today and managed to get a decent shot of it. I think it's a 1977 but I am not a Pinto expert so someone correct me if I'm wrong.
