This photo is a trial for the Lunar Eclipse due to occur on Wednesday. Shutter movement causes blurred images. Silent shutter was used and all photos taken were sharp. No image stacking was done. Hopefully Wednesday is not overcast.

Am Abend des 16.05.2021 kam noch einmal kurz die Sonne heraus und ermöglichte so ein Bild von 143 957-9 mit ihrer S9 zwischen Klitschmar und Reußen.

The Louisiana State Capitol Building. The tallest capitol building in the nation. 450 ft. tall, 34 floors. This place is huge. Check out the two little heads on the overlook to get an idea of scale.

De revisietermijn van deze DH1504/3 verloopt op 1 februari aanstaande. Ik verwacht eerlijk gezegd einde oefening voor deze dame. Maar je weet het nooit natuurlijk. Op deze foto het vertrek met een sleep blauwe VTG-Falns uit de haven van Orsoy, op weg naar Moers. Daar wordt gewisseld naar electrische tractie voor het resterende gedeelte naar Baden-Württemberg.
Deutsch: Die Revisionsfrist dieser DH1504/3 endet am 1. Februar. Ich erwarte eigentlich dass es dann auch aus und vorbei ist. Aber man weiß ja nie. Auf diesem Bild die NIAG 9 während der Abfahrt mit VTG-Falns aus dem Hafen von Orsoy, auf ihrem Weg nach Moers. Dort findet ein Lokwechsel statt für den restlichen Abschnitt nach Baden-Württemberg.
Het laatste nog rijdende DH 1504-exemplaar van NIAG is deze nummer 9. Nummer 8 is inmiddels terzijde gesteld en functioneert als onderdelenleverancier. Op deze foto NIAG 9, die in 1965 als 216 055 door MaK aan de Deutsche Bundesbahn werd afgeleverd. In 1999 werd de loc door de DB AG terzijde gesteld waarna OnRail de loc overnam. Na de ombouw kreeg ze de aanduiding DH 1504/3. Vanwege een andere dieselmotor, 800 millimeter meer aan lengte vanwege de aangebrachte rangeerbordessen en iets meer hoogte vanwege de antennes ten behoeve van de radiografische bediening, rolden ze met 1 ton meer aan gewicht in vergelijking met de BR 216 uit de werkplaats.
Deutsch: die letzte noch fahrende DH 1504 der NIAG ist diese 9. Die 8 ist mittlerweile abgestellt als Ersatzteilspender(in). Auf dieses Bild die NIAG 9, die 1965 als 216 055 durch MaK an die damalige Deutsche Bundesbahn geliefert wurde. 1999 wurde die Lok durch die DB AG abgestellt. Daraufhin übernahm die Firma Onrail die Lok. Nach ihrem Umbau rollte sie als DH 1504/3 aus der Werkstatt.
