Am 9. November 2014 wurde „25 Jahre Mauerfall“ gefeiert.
Nach der unerwarteten Mitteilung des SED- und ZK-Mitgliedes Günter Schabowski in der DDR-Pressekonferenz über die neue Reiseregelung machten sich die Bürger der DDR sowie von Ost-Berlin zu den GÜST auf und wollten nur zum kurzen Besuch in den Westen. Aufgrund der immer mehr anschwellenden Menschenmassen an den GÜST gaben dann die Grenzorgane der DDR den Weg frei. Am Abend und der Nacht des 9. Novembers 1989 begann das Ende der Mauer und des Willkürstaates DDR.
25 Jahre später im Jahr 2014 feierte erneut die Welt den Fall der Berliner Mauer und einige Mitglieder der Flickr-Gruppe „Berlin ----------- hintergründig und anders“ trafen sich am U-Bahnhof Bernauer Straße - U8 - (Bernauer Ecke Brunnenstraße an der Grenze der Berliner Bezirke Mitte und Wedding, um von dort entlang der Lichtinstallation / der Lichtgrenze in Richtung der Bornholmer Straße (Bezirksgrenze Wedding – Prenzlauer Berg) zu gehen. Der vorläufige Zwischenstopp war auf der Norwegerstraße. Erst nach dem Abflug des letzten Ballons ging es dann über die sogenannte „Bornholmer Brücke“ zurück nach Wedding und später nach Hause.
Alle Aufnahmen entstanden an diesem denkwürdigen Tag auf der vorgenannten Strecke.
If you're wondering, this book is My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult. I was going to watch the movie when it came out, but when I heard that the movie twisted the story so much... I didn't.
Is it just me or is it challenging to make an undemented heart out of book pages? :P
You can't really see it's here, but it's storming outside! I just literally jumped up because the thunder was so loud! And it's raining like crazy... but it's okay: it has been SO HOT today!
My parents & brother came to visit me in my town and it was very, very nice! :)
(Yes I have a weird hairline, I don't really have a bald patch there, there is hair! But it's more really small and soft you know XD Donshaartjes ;) Also my own haircolour there is white, just as my bleached hair! So it's actually there but just hardly visible :P My hair is also doing crazy thing with this humid, hot weather... I look like Tante Sidonia these days XD & Yeah I like my pictures crooked, old news ;))

Outside of the warehouse, Tokamak is running as fast as he can. He was able to escape the brawl between Firestorm and Deathstorm before the complex blew up. As he is running he looks behind himself and he sees two lights coming in fast.
Tkmk: "No, no, no, NOOO!"
Maddie lands behind Tokamak and he starts to blast her.
Tkmk: "No! Leave me alone you freak!"
Maddie counters with her own blast. She then hovers back up and strikes him from above.
MP: "It's time that you get arrested, doctor Hewitt. You manipulated Mecury Labs in giving you the Firestorm matrix to study it, but you just wanted its power for yourself. Guess what, now it's ours."
Tkmk: "You little-!"
He gets back up and blasts Maddie again who counter attacks. Their blasts connect, but Tokamak gets blasted in the back by Firestorm who landed behind him.
RR: "Now stay down."
Tkmk: "I hate you..."
MP: "Shut up."
Maddie kicks him in the face and he is out cold.
RR: "Nice kick."
MP: "You taught me."
RR: "Did I?"
MP: "Shut up or I'll kick you too."
JR: "Okay enough. You two don't like each other that much. We'll get through to that."
RR and MP: "No."
JR: "Baby steps, baby steps."
Jax: "Listen. I don't want to bitch or anything, and I don't often complain about this, but I would like to get out of my girlfriend please."
RR: "Did he just-?"
JR: "We'll wait for the authorities to pick up doctor Hewitt and bring him to Iron Heights, then we'll make our way to S.T.A.R. Labs in Central City. There professor Stein can seperate the two of you."
Jax: "Great!"
RR: "I'll contact the man."
JR: "You should! How are you feeling though?"
RR: "Excuse me, I'm going to make a phone call."
MP: "Of course. Tell her I said hi."
Ronnie looks angry at Maddie as he flies to a nearby rooftop.
JR: "You wanted privacy, hm?"
RR: "Yeah duh."
JR: "How are you feeling?"
RR: "That my ex-girlfriend and her current boyfriend have merged and became just like us? Oh, I feel terrific!"
JR: "I have a feeling that they want to continue this as well."
RR: "What?"
JR: "Being like us. Being a hero."
RR: "Even better!"
JR: "We also need to call Cisco when we are under away."
RR: "I don't want her to be a hero! She'll get hurt."
JR: "You still care about her? The player of all players, Ronald Raymond, cares about a girl?"
RR: "Shut up. I'll kick you."
JR: "Did you really teach her that?"
RR: "Shut up."

They don't tell you ... gestational period is usually 9 months PLUS two weeks ... two more weeks to go officially but feeling ready to pop now. Belly has dropped (you can see it looks much smaller on the top but if I am wearing something tight it is indecent still) and I can't stand all day any more ... I also have elephant legs which are SO bloated they shine.
For Alan No. 2. Two Phase 1 9s in the same day is pretty good going - we wouldn't be seeing stuff like this on the autoroutes...

summer- plain and simple.
so how were you guys' weekend?? mine was pretty good, i saw "the karate kid" with my friend.. it was pretty good i guess, but i thought it shouldve been PG-13. xD i liked it when the bully got ninja kicked in the face. (:
i really wish it was sunny when i took this.. but its been uber hot and humid and icky the past few days, and its starting to rain now anyways. :\ booooo.
