A triangle is a polygon with three edges and three vertices, in other words

‘a closed plane figure having three sides and three angles’.

It is one of the basic shapes in geometry. This simple shape is really everywhere around you, if you search for them you will find them!

Triangles can be acute, isosceles, scalene, obtuse, right angle or equilateral.

Blue Mountain Duck (Hymenolaimus malacorhynchos )

Such gentle, trusting creatures.

This one of a pair attempt to raise a brood each year but predators take the lot & none seems to care.

However they will earn a place in the "book" of species we used to have on our planet.

I called to visit a few days ago and find they have another five ducklings and am almost to scared to watch.
