Norfolk & Western Railway GP9 620 is shoving past me and my zon in this 2009 with a caboose hop around the North Carolina Transportation Museum compound. This vintage locomotive was repainted into N&W black n 2018.
I forget what the event was going on, but we were able to tour the NS unit in the ackground which was cool.
An der Ahrtalbahn kann man heute noch an einigen Haltestellen etwas Nostalgie erleben. ;-)
Am 26.04.2021 fuhr die 620 521 als RB 30 nach Ahrbrück rein. Leider waren die Ziegen rechts am Gebäude zu dem Zeitpunkt wieder in der Hütte. :-)

620 047 als RB 24 auf dem Weg nach Kall bei Scheven. ;-)
Links sieht man den Ort Scheven mit der 1861 gebauten Kirche St. Apollinaris und Agatha. Der örtliche Bahnhof ist inzwischen leider aufgrund des dichten Bewuchses nicht mehr sichtbar.

We have one or two of these shrubs along our front garden wall.
For some reason the birds don’t go near the berries.
I’m not very good on species of plants but something tells me it could be a laurel.
Its leaves are beautifully variegated and shiny.
The berries seem to grow well hidden under the leaves. Maybe that's why the birds do not eat them - perhaps they can't see them !!!!
