Passion Flower (Passiflora)
For my 100 Flowers Project - 2021
I was surprised to see this bloom today. I haven't seen it in this spot before. The first time I have photographed a Passion Flower although I must have seen them when I was a kid, around ten years old as my Dad had a Passion Fruit Vine for a year or two.
Floki is six years old already! I first held him when he was six months old and I’ve been so lucky to have this sweet little soul in my life.
LOVE ranunculus. They look like a rose, come in all kinds of gorgeous colors. And they do not have a scent. This means they can be enjoyed by people with allergies or who are sensitive to aromas like me.

My 365 project has got off to a good start as I've been away in scenic parts of Scotland - with mountains, castles and free time to take photos.
Today, I returned home but intended to take some photos of the Kyles of Bute before I set off. A howling gale and horizontal rain put paid to that! Luckily, after a very rough (but mercifully short) ferry crossing on the way home, the rain cleared briefly so I could take a photo of the container terminal in Greenock.
Not as scenic, certainly, but I really like the image - in part as it wasn't what I planned and I got something I was happy with anyway. However, back at work tomorrow means, I suspect, a cessation of interesting shots and more of, well, socks and the like!
