De Dinnertrain biedt regelmatig leuke foto composities die in de normale treindienst niet voorkomen. Eén daarvan is bij binnenkomst in Haarlem met het opvallende 'retirade' gebouwtje op spoor 1 waarbij de Dinnertrain over spoor 2 rijdt als leeg materieel uit watergraafsmeer.

Ooit had ik op Flickr een foto gezien op deze manier dus dat werd er nog even bijgezocht. Blijkt een foto uit februari 2014, langer terug dan gedacht.

Am schönen Nachmittag des 16.10. brachte die dreckige 4012 den wegen Bauarbeiten auf der Moselstrecke umgeleiteten "Kieler" durchs Saartal nach Ehrang und wurde von mir in Kanzem erwartet. Die 4000er übernahm den Zug in Koblenz-Lützel, die im Schlepp befindliche 186 von Akiem hatte den Zug bis dorthin gebracht. Derzeit sind die 4000 wieder vermehrt für CFL Cargo Deutschland im Einsatz und verlassen dabei auch zunehmend ihr Stammeinsatzgebiet zwischen Luxemburg, Trier, Saarbrücken und Köln.

White-tailed Eagle, Haliaeetus albicilla, 80 - 95 cm./ 31.5 - 37.4 in. WS; 182 - 230 cm. / 71.65 - 90.55 in. Locally COMMON winter visitor to northern Japan. Inhabits coastal areas, lakes and rivers.
