I made this to be used for a card I sent my mom. :)
I later reused it to send as a card to fellow employees.
On the final version text was placed on it..
In this view, the curve of the translucent rings criss-crosses the shadows of varying lighter and darker green cast by the rings onto the planet, in places overlapping to a brighter, iridescent green. Recently found myself coveting the Leica D-Lux 4 but couldn't justify buying it. So I modelled and rendered one in 3D instead. Took about 2 days, on and off.
