Im nördlichen Abschnitt zwischen Bodø und Rognan führt die Nordlandsbahn fast immer mehr oder weniger direkt am Fjord entlang. Auf einigen Abschnitten verläuft die Strecke dabei quasi direkt am Strand. Bei Valnesfjord passiert 312 002 mit dem Gt5790 nach Trondheim einige Fischerhütten.
In the northern section between Bodø and Rognan, the Nordland Railway almost always runs more or less directly along the fjord. In some sections, the line runs almost directly along the beach. At Valnesfjord, 312 002 with Gt5790 to Trondheim passes some fishermen's huts.

I went back to the lantern patch for some clippings. This branch looked so warm basking in the morning sun. Most of them were covered in frost.

Die 139 312 war gestern mit dem 44131 von München Nord unterwegs zum Brenner. Zwischen Kiefersfelden und Kufstein wurde der Zug erwartet.

Brush Park was kind of my ideal inner city area. Great old houses, many of them restored, and great vast spaces between some of them made for an interesting vibe. If you didn't see the city skyline behind this house, you would assume you are in the country. It's still got the land directly around it. it's been gutted and renovated, however, the whole area is now filled with crappy, ugly developments.
Detroit is always selling its soul to someone. Dan Gilbert is to blame for this crapfest. The city would have been better off selling to individual builders or smaller developers. It's too modern, cheap, and cold looking now with the historically accurate renovated homes.

Mit Glück gelang ein Sonnenfoto des Militärzuges, den die 185 312 bei Himmelstadt Richtung Süden zog. Sekunden vorher verschattete eine Wolke noch die Szene.
