Mit einem Skizug war die 115 261 hier auf der Giselabahn bei Hochfilzen auf dem Weg Richtung Saalfelden zu sehen.
261 032 hat mit EK 53902 Langelsheim - Braunschweig Rbf vor wenigen Minuten den Bahnhof Langelsheim verlassen und wurde am östlichen Einfahrvorsignal des Bahnhofs abgepasst. Der nächste Halt des Zuges wird der Bahnhof Oker sein. Nach der Zustellung von weiteren Wagen geht es anschließend weiter nach Braunschweig Rbf (21.04.2016).

This is Rose time and you can marvel at Roses all over Portland. This particular Rose is planted 16 years ago in the front yard. I love everything about it.
Number 261 on my "One of a kind" flower images project.
Steam Locomotive 261 nears Chanhassen where they will pick up passengers for the annual "Gourmet Express". Even though it was gloomy and rainy, trackside was colorful. Also, regardless of weather, it's always great to see the 261.
261 057 heute am letzten DB-Güterzug im Lahntal auf den Verlass ist - der Löhnberger! Auf die Minute pünktlich passiert er die Fotostelle zwischen Fürfurt und Aumenau.
Mit dem neuen Shuttle Botlek - Soroksár-Terminál verbindet LTE Rotterdam mit Budapest. 193 261 war am 31.10. für diese Leistung eingeteilt und konnte am Morgen in Langenisarhofen aufgenommen werden.
Von Limburg aus wird täglich per Bahn Ton nach Italien gefahren. Dieser kommt dabei von mehreren Verladestellen, die für täglichen und auch pünktlichen Güterverkehr auf nicht elektrifizierten Strecken sorgen. Eine davon ist Löhnberg, von wo aus die Tonzüge teilweise sogar zweimal am Tag durchs malerische Lahntal fahren. Am 26.05. stattete ich dieser Strecke auch mal einen kurzen Besuch ab und 261 057 in recht gutem Zustand konnte mit der Rückleistung der Löhnberg-Übergabe in Aumenau fotografiert werden. Ein interessantes Detail ist, dass dort in einem Gleis die nicht ganz so häufigen Y-Stahlschwellen liegen.

This was her 2016 annual fall colors excursion. Every year for the last several years she has hauled an excursion train to some point in Minnesota, usually within a couple hours or so of her home in Minneapolis.
The year before I was on the train. This year I followed it with my camera. Both were equally enjoyable!
Erst ganz am Anfang seiner langen Reise war der GAG 47337 am 10.09., als er gerade seinen Startbahnhof Gößnitz auf dem Weg nach Tschechien verlässt. Die Gravita wird den Zug bis Zwickau bespannen und dort an die elektrische Traktion übergeben.

Op zondag 19 april 2020 werd de Rzepin-shuttle van LTE gefotografeerd in Assel. Normaal gesproken komt deze trein halverwege de ochtend het land binnen, maar op deze dag was dit zo’n vijf en een half uur later. Daarnaast reed de trein via Apeldoorn, Amersfoort en Utrecht, terwijl de standaard dienstregeling een pad voorschrijft met kopmaken op Deventer Goederen. Daardoor kon deze trein dus op een destijds ongebruikelijke locatie worden vastgelegd. De trekkracht wordt verzorgd door de 193 261. Overigens is het kopmaken per ingang van dienstregeling 2020 vervallen, en is dit de standaard route van deze trein.
Several times per week, LTE operates a train between Rzepin (Poland) and Tilburg Industrie. On the 19th of April, 2020, this shuttle was hauled by the 193 261. The picture was taken at Assel.

Ein schönes Dreiergespann aus Dieselloks fuhr am Abend des 19. Juli durch Retzbach-Zellingen. Deutlich schöner wäre es natürlich gewesen, wenn die an zweiter Stelle mitlaufende V200 den Zug gezogen hätte, aber man kann ja nicht alles haben. Deshalb freute ich mich auch über 261 313, die den Zug um 20:26 Uhr gen Gemünden zog.
