What a surprise!
This is the first time that these specific succulent plants flowers.
From my garden and planted in a pot.
And what a beautiful flower it is! Its quite large, about the size of my hand.
Using the Tamron SP AF 60mm f/2 Di II MACRO 1:1 LD (IF) (model G005N II) lens.

Todo empezó cuando robé, creo, una piedra. Redondeada, lisa y perfecta hasta en sus pequeñas imperfecciones. Y pienso que la robé porque no parece razonable que del lugar de donde la cogí, que permanecerá en secreto por si acaso, cada visitante pueda llevarse una piedra, pero como no vi cartel ni indicador que lo prohibiera aplicaremos el “in dubio pro reo”. Después robé, sigo creyendo, otras. Me fascinaron, digo, su lisura, agradable tacto, dureza y todo lo que de modo callado llevan dentro. Estamos acostumbrados a que nos pasen desapercibidas las propiedades admirables de los cuerpos inertes que nos ofrece la Naturaleza. En cualquiera de aquellas piedras, aparentemente poco interesantes, confluyen y se equilibran las fuerzas fuertes, débiles, gravitacionales y electromagnéticas que actúan en todo el Universo. Y en cada una de ellas hay una historia de millones de años de cataclismos cósmicos y telúricos que formaron a sus progenitores y de los que con muchos otros años se pulieron y terminaron por dar la forma y consistencia que hoy tienen. Como veréis me centré en su observación y descubrí un mundo nuevo. ¡Qué digo un mundo! ¡Un universo! Bueno, lo dejaremos en un sistema planetario. En realidad más que descubrirlo lo fabriqué. Aprovechando los tintes rojizos de una de ellas descubrí mi Marte y las líneas ecuatoriales de otra me señalaron los anillos de Saturno. Aún así, me faltaba algo para hacer creíble el mundo estelar que estaba construyendo y que no pareciera un simple agrupamiento de piedras. En realidad el Universo también es un montón de rocas volando por ahí. Acudí a mi fondo de armario para inspirarme y fui a dar con las fotos que había sacado cuando estuve en la Estación Espacial. De allí he tomado dos imágenes de satélites rusos que completan el cuadro.
Al final no sé si el resultado es bueno pero el proceso creativo, gracias a Gaugin y a la idea de Isov ha resultado divertido.
