I took this photo at the Old Village restaurant and this photo achieves requirement 2. My friend in this photo was sitting against the window. I set the ISO as 6400 and f/4.5 to capture more light. The key light is the natural light from outside and the fill light is the lamp which is near my friend but not showed in this photo.

Gamma wanted a couple of modeling pics to pass on to her agent, with her new haircut, and this was, first off, what I had in mind. initially I feared that I had not managed to obtain it, as modeling lights alone did not help, but a Pola did help me see that my vision was attainable.
Shot on my Hassie 500c with the standard 80mm (at f4, with the shortest extension tube), and a Softar II, which is an incredible diffuser, as it has microlenses that are not covering the whole surface. annoying that Zeiss seems to have only made it for Hasselblad. but it preserves sharpness and yet flare highlights. Shot on Fomapan100.
