Kodak Tri-X@1600
This was supposed to the best/definitive shot from this roll (most pretentious composition; I went down on my knees to find the perfect angle), but it is trashed by bad exposure (1-2 stops under at least) and bad sharpness, camera is heavy after all with that lens.
Mamiya C330F. Mamiya-Sekor 80mm f/2.8. Kodak Portra 400.
One of the entrances into the Daitoku-ji complex in Kyoto, Japan.
Best seen in larger size on dark background - just click the photo.
Test shot with Nikon D700 + Carl Zeiss 100mm f/2 Makro Planar T* lens, ZF.2 mount. Shot at f/2.0
The reflection in the water looked like an oil painting, so I thought I'd try to capture it.

Welcome to my world week 2 completion of radiation therapy....
13 days down, 27 to go. But who's counting.........
Get up in morning and have most energy of day. Not much. And goes downhill. Feel like a vampire is sucking the life from my body.
Get radiation every day at about 10 am my time. Then it's mostly sleep. Shit pretty much sucks after radiation. Everything tastes like crap. If they miss spot, it burns making you want to endlessly want to gag. All you with dreams of sucking cock constantly would be cured quite fast. Would never want another thing in your mouth, let alone throat.
So sleep is your only sanctuary from this temporary hell.......
Keep telling myself others have it worse. In another couple months will be lying on a beach drinking a margarita.
But till then.........
Sleep. Dream. And keep pushing forward.
Picture courtesy of my sister Jamie. She has been my strength. She feeds me. Comforts me. And keeps me focused.....
So, will try to update next week....
Regular things getting harder so no guarantees.
Peace, love and happiness....

I took this photo at green lake meets requirement 2 & 3. I shot this panorama with the Sony A7RII panorama setting which blended the photos nicely into a high resolution panorama. I focused on framing the shot of the lake and sky with the trees. Since the weather is not good I focused on dark spot to make sure the exposure right. Then I use lightroom to adjust exposure and increase clarity by increase white and darken black. I also darken the edge of the photo to make the river and sky clearer.
It`s not true I`ve been set up you`re seeking my demise
Shadowy securocrats , informers and British spies
Are filling your head with sweety mice and lies
Calling out for Martin water filling his eyes
I`ve been framed he cried and I don`t tell lies
His lawyer leans in saying Gerry don`t improvise
