This meets requirement 2. This was an apartment building that was near the Seattle library which caught my eye when I saw the design of the balconies and how they lined up with the building behind it while leaving some sky to come through the middle of the two. I used the transform tool within Lightroom to alter the perspective a bit to keep as many vertical lines parallel as possible.
