The 2022 fair combined three separate organizations: the Street Art Fair, the State Street Art Fair, and the Summer Art Fair. Vendors from across the country applied to each of the three Fairs, and were stationed anywhere in the city of Ann Arbor from Ingalls Mall to State Street to Main Street. A total of over half a million people visited the Fair this year, including Ann-Arbor-based students, artists, families, and locals from surrounding areas. The 2022 AAAF was in full swing from July 21st to July 23rd.

2014: 365-2 REFLECTION: Four years ago I made a new year's resolution that I was going to meet new friends and follow where God led me. I was looking to meet some "girl" friends as all my friends that are girls live far away. On January 2nd four years ago, I decided to go on a photo walk with some other photographers. Not knowing that any guys would be on this walk. I remember clearly seeing Brian walk up and thinking sarcastically "Great what is this guy doing here?" I didn't think anymore of it as I moved through the museum taking pictures. I was standing in one room looking at a picture and I heard a voice audibly saying "IT'S HIM! HE'S HERE!" I looked around and no one was even near me... I was hearing things in my head. Again I heard a voice audibly saying "IT'S HIM! HE'S HERE!" I turned a full 360 degrees and the only other person in the room was Brian. I shook it off and walked away clearly avoiding HIM.
Later that day as we were walking the downtown streets I stopped to take a picture, Brian said something to me about a setting on my camera. He reached out to grab my camera and I was literally transported back in time. Like a movie reel playing out in black and white, I was sitting on a porch in the western days watching HIM (Brian) get off a horse and walk toward me. This vision back in time lasted less than a split second It was enough to shake me and I yanked my hand back, thanked him kindly and skedaddled away from him.
I truly believe it was our souls connecting. I just wasn't willing to listen that closely at that time. Fast forward 5-6 months later and Brian and I were comparing stories and he told the same story of a flashback to the same time, only from his perspective... He was walking toward me in my prairie dress sitting on a porch in a rocking chair.

Heading from Graskop to Phalaborwa we followed the advice of our hosts and visited Lisbon falls. The falls are wonderful and somehow nothing we expected on our way to Kruger National Park, South Africa.
Loved my shoot with Michaela a local singer this week and happy to post this one as my second shot of my 52 week project.
Thanks to Michaela for being such a great model and to Taharka for being a great lighting assistant.

The second long exposure I took in HK. As much as I love the picture quality of the D600 I just find it too big and heavy to carry round all day. The 5R was awesome in that respect and made me re-evaluate my kit, so the D600 and lenses have been sold, waiting to see what the Sony A7R can offer! If it's not good with my Voigtlander's then I'll grab an NEX-6.

The Alfa Romeo Brera and the Alfa Romeo Spider (Type 939) are two sports cars manufactured by Alfa Romeo respectively between 2005-2010 and 2006-2010. The Brera is a 2+2 coupé, while the Spider is its roadster version. Both models were built by Pininfarina.
12,488 units of the Spider and 21,786 units of the Brera were built. Production of both models ended in late 2010, although remaining stock continued into 2011.
Production:
The Alfa Romeo Brera was introduced in production form at the 2005 Geneva Motor Show. It translated the original's exterior appearance on a much smaller scale, becoming a mid-size coupé on the GM/Fiat Premium platform (shared with the Alfa Romeo 159), and designed to replace the outgoing GTV. A convertible Spider version of the Brera was also announced, to be launched shortly after the coupe and to replace the existing GTV-based Spider.
In Europe, the Brera was initially available with two petrol engines, the 185 PS (136 kW; 182 hp) 2.2-litre JTS and 260 PS (190 kW; 260 hp) 3.2-litre V6; and a 210 PS (150 kW; 210 hp) 2.4-litre JTD turbodiesel. Cars with the diesel or 2.2 petrol were front-wheel drive, whilst the V6 came with a Torsen four-wheel drive system similar to the 159's Q4.
