An updated version of my previous armoured Batman, inspired by the upcoming Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice movie.
As soon as I saw the Ant-man helmet, I thought of this idea. I mean, it already pretty much has bat-ears. All I did was trim down the chin guard and paint it. It's a bit rough and ready, but that matches the actual costume's look. I'm pleased with how the eyes turned out.
As an aside, I hope it isn't too long before Lego starts using the kind of dual-moulding seen on the Ant-man helmet to give us a Batman cowl with built-in white eyes.

66711 'flows' through Nether Whitacre, turning west towards Coleshill Parkway.
The sun seemed to be playing 'tag' with today's trains, as every time I raised my camera, the beautiful yellow ball disappeared behind scattered but fast moving clouds. Then there was the rain and wind, but I won't go in to those..

About a year ago I agreed with some friends/fellow local bio-mocers to do an Ordeal of Fire collab, where we'd revamp the 2.0 heroes and fire villains and present them at a lego event come August. Due to our relatively small group size and set availability, I ended up taking responsibility for three of the figures, first of which being Nex here.
Nex' helmet and colours gave me lumberjack vibes, so I leaned into that color scheme. I imagine Nex' role as a strongman who can clear obstacles and manipulate the environment with heavy tools. I was planning to give him more tools than a chainsaw, but lost motivation after the event was over and had to relocate my legos. I kinda hoped to narrow his shoulders a little as well, but on a glance that would've proven difficult with how they're set up.
I was also working triple shift at the time, so being tired, mocblock and mental pressure kinda held me from photoing these mocs. These are rather late, and I apologize to my collaborators.

Intelligence officer Grayhawk quickly arrived at the Intelligence Operations Centre after receiving a recall. Upon arrival, he was greeted by the Senior Intelligence Officer Blackbird.
Blackbird: Thanks for coming in. One of our deep undercover agent codename Emerald has been compromised. He wants to come in but only trusts you to bring him in.
Grayhawk: Where is he now?
Blackbird: Sarah, can you bring Grayhawk up to speed?
Intelligence Analyst Sarah: Emerald has escaped the hostile country but a Spetsnaz team is hot on his tail. His last known location is at a safe house here in the Naran Darre Mountain region.
Blackbird: What do you need?
Grayhawk: I will need four operators from the Special Operations Group.
To be continued...
