Family and friends gather at the submarine piers on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam to welcome back the Los Angeles-class attack submarine USS Jacksonville (SSN 699) as she returns from completing a deployment to the Western Pacific and Arabian Gulf, June 18.
