Breakfast with Maggie 1973
This is the second of three newly unearthed photos I took of Maggie in 1973. We were having breakfast in our Nashville kitchen when the combination of morning sunlight and her gentle beauty compelled me to grab my camera.
In the three decades we were apart I was never able to let her go -- for years I had a recurring dream where I returned to Nashville to look for her again, only to find myself either completely lost or engaged in a pointless struggle to get back to our apartment, where I was certain she was waiting for me.
Last November (2005) we reunited at her home in another state. She'd never stopped loving me either.
We'll begin living together once again in March 2006. Love rules!
