Mission Peak Timelapse

This timelapse of 30-second exposures spans July 15-16 from 9:50 PM until 4:47 AM the following morning.

 

Included at the end are several of the stacked frames... including an "eye dazzler" section.

 

Here is a timeline (the number is the "time remaining"):

1:12 - Beginning - Includes High Dynamic Range Shot (HDR) of the area.

1:07 - Hikers ascend

1:06 - transitions to low ISO (darkens)

1:04 - Hikers descend

0:46 - Fog in the valley begins blurring the horizon

0:24 - The valley begins waking up, traffic is southbound

0:16 - Twilight begins

0:10 - First stacked trail

0:08 - "Dazzler" section

0:07 - Long stacked star trail
