Transparent Steven 5285

In the distance is Mt Tamalpais and the foothills of Mt. Diablo. That's me on Mission Peak with the city lights visible through my head. Why? Because this was a long exposure with a flash fill. I moved out of the way after the flash went off.

Or perhaps because I'm transparent.

By the way, this experience taught me that using the "rear curtain flash mode" is preferable for this kind of exposure. Rear curtain means the flash is firing as the exposure ends, not when it begins.
