Mobility Scooter Sighting 99 - Cardigan, Ceredigion
A dashing young ladyrider in a lovely rain cape (a modern day cardigan of sorts) trundles down the road in the lovely damp welsh market town of Cardigan, her mirrors remind us of bull horns, in a similar manner that bullbars on cars serve an aggressive tone to other road users. Perhaps the burghers should rename the town 'RainCape'?
