Continure to feed the labels through the printer, either over or under the roll holder, through the label alignment things, and over the feed-roller/printhead.
Close the printer and be happy.
Over or under is a bit of a debate, we've tried both and found that "over" allowed the label-pincher things further forward a better shot at aligning the label, but under worked better with the autopeeler.
