The Photographers View

“Is there anything going to happen?” I was asked by a lady passing by, while I was taking this image.

 

“Beg your pardon?”

 

“Why are there so many photographers? Is there anything going to happen?”

 

I smiled: “Take a look, it is happening right now!”

 

“Now? Where? I don’t see anything.”

 

“Well, look at the beautiful sunset taking place behind one of the most photogenic buildings in the world.”

 

“Oh that - and I thought something was going to happen…”

 

Without a second glance, she turned and walked away.

 

Obviously, not everybody is blessed with the photographer's view of beauty.
