Help? :)

So as you can see, Getty Images wants to license several of my photos. I have no idea what that means, and I would rather hear from real people than look at the website and try to figure out what they're all saying. That being said, what exactly do they want, how will I or my work benefit from this, and is there anything else I should know? Thanks guys!

 

P.S. I'm working on my Color Project, I promise! Life has just been so hectic that I haven't taken photos in over a week, but I'm hoping to today. :)
