Peugeot 308 GT Line
Surprisingly nice rental car. Fantastic petrol engine, really punchy. Nice straightforward interior, roomy, good driving position and glass roof. Also terrific lights as well. Was really happy to get this for the weekend at a bargain price. Hire assistant falling over h myself to get me to upgrade to a Volvo V40 but really glad I didn’t.
Only let down was ridiculous large alloy wheels that scratch if one so much as looks at them funny. We all know that hire car co’s get £££ signs in their eyes at the prospect of a tasty deposit in the event of any scratches.
