This is all gonna catch up with me sooner or later...

Got up at six yesterday for a 2.25-hour run. Never quite managed to get a nap yesterday.

 

What with the hot weather, I had a lot of trouble falling asleep--probably dropped off after 1 AM.

 

Got up at 5 today. On a plane now.

 

If I split tens tonight, you'll know why...
